 Sorry to say we couldn't work on any puzzles this month.  We really do live in the mountains and our generator was out for more than a month with parts sent by slow boat from Japan.  But it's back now and we'll have new puzzles for June. 

Meanwhile see if you can figure out this puzzle sent in by Eric.

and thus I carry out my aim.

Each son $1.00 more than son just named;

And for the wife's share each time

Divide the remainder by the figure 9.

And so it goes, as I said before,

Until there isn't anything more.
